Trish has been a Premier Services Relocation Specialist for Military families for over 8 years. She has taken a personal interest in helping families relocate to Yellowknife because of her own experiences. Her goal is to take the stress out of relocating for these families as she has seen firsthand the sacrifices Members and their families make.
Trish has developed a customized routine that provides the highest level of service that goes beyond her client’s expectations. She researches available rentals for clients and attends showings while supplying additional information and feedback to help ensure an informed decision can be made. The time spent with the clients traveling to appointments allows Trish an opportunity to show them some of the unique features Yellowknife has to offer. Trish keeps herself up to date on any information she thinks may be relevant to educating her clients. This job has taken her on trips to Yellowknife River, local coffee shops, visits to schools and on many other adventures.
During Trish’s 11 year tenure with Coldwell Banker, she has developed extensive experience with Property Management in Yellowknife while managing her own portfolio of over 100 properties at any given time. She has established many connections with private market landlords in addition to Management companies which allows Trish to ensure her clients see a wide range of available properties while on their HHT. Trish keeps herself educated on vacancy rates, rental prices, up and coming properties as well a local recreation, education and employment all with the plan to educate her clients and their families.
Trish has lived in this Yellowknife for over 16 years. She has played on many sporting teams, has involved herself with different organizations and charities, and loves the challenge of taking people and matching them with homes they will love and enjoy while they live in Yellowknife. This is more than a job or a service for her, it is her way of giving back.
