Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Coldwell Banker Northern Bestsellers Ltd. Has an opening for a full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
We are the longest established most experienced Real Estate Company in the North.

  • A/P & A/R
  • Payroll
  • Contract Payouts
  • Government Remittances
  • Weekly Management Reports
  • Year End Prep
  • Scanning/Filing
  • Banking/Mail
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Reception/Phone Duties

Qualifications

High School Diploma.
College or University degree in business management and/or accounting considered an asset.
The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask in a fast-moving office environment and will need to be detail oriented and very organized.
They will be working closely with the agents in the office and will need to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The job requires the ability to work with little to no supervision.
Required skills include the use of Sage 50, Microsoft (word/excel), Adobe and Filemaker.
You will need a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Must have past experience in Bookkeeping/Finance.
Salary commensurate with experience.
