Nathan Round is a proud Yellowknifer born and raised in the Northwest Territories. With a background in trades Nathan transitioned into real estate inspired by a profound interest in real estate investing. Now a Co-owner & Co-broker of Coldwell Banker Northern Bestsellers, he consistently seeks opportunities to enhance his brokerage and elevate the real estate landscape for consumers in the North.

Nathan completed his education in BC and subsequently worked as a salesperson in Kamloops with a local brokerage before returning home to Yellowknife. In his years of experience he has cultivated a robust clientele encompassing both residential and commercial clients. Nathan’s versatility as a Realtor is evident in his successful transactions involving residential homes and condo, luxury homes, bare-land industrial, commercial and large-scale industrial properties.

Whether assisting individuals in finding a new home or aiding businesses in establishing a new location, Nathan thrives on the diversity of his clientele.
